Kingsridge has two neighborhood garage sales per year, typically one in the spring and one in the fall. The City of Oklahoma City requires that residents obtain a permit to hold a garage sale. To obtain a garage sale permit and rules for garage sales in Oklahoma City please visit: www.okc.gov.
